How long will my order take?

In-stock orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order candles require approximately 2–3 weeks for production and curing before they are ready to ship or pick up.

Why do made-to-order candles take 2–3 weeks?

Candles need time to cure after they are poured. This 10–14-day curing period allows the wax and fragrance to fully bind and helps your candle perform at its best.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Free local pickup is available in La Coste, Texas. You will receive the candle-studio address and pickup instructions when your order is ready. Pickup orders must be collected within seven days unless other arrangements are made.

Will my product look exactly like the photograph?

Because each product is hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in color, finish, and appearance may occur. These small differences are normal and do not affect the quality of your product.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email allisha.at.theweekendmarket@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Unused and unburned products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Custom products, sale items, and opened or used home-fragrance products cannot be returned. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Do you accept custom orders?

Custom orders may be available depending on the request and current production schedule. Email allisha.at.theweekendmarket@gmail.com before ordering to discuss scent, vessel, quantity, and personalization options.

How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wooden wick to approximately ⅛ inch before each burn and never burn your candle for more than four hours at a time. Visit our Candle Care page for complete use and safety instructions.
